This is the Heard County High School chapter of the Family,
Career and Community Leaders of America. State headquarters
is in Blakely, Georgia with Mrs. Charla Allen as our State
Executive Director. The National headquarters is located in
Reston, Virginia with Mr. Allen T. Raines as our National Executive
Director.
